Blanche McVeigh (1895-1900)

Born in Missouri, her family moved to Fort Worth when she was a child. She attended the Art Institute of Chicago, School of FA at Washington University, the Art Students League, the Pennsylvania Academy of Find Arts, and with Doel Reed in Stillwater. In 1931 she was one of the founders of the Fort Worth School of FA. She became nationally known for her etchings especially her aquatints.
